Date/Time
Date(s) - 09/13/2019
9:30 am - 4:30 pm
Join us for a participatory, practical, and action-oriented discussion with criminal justice practitioners, policymakers, students, advocates, and the general public to rethink policing practices, sentencing laws, prison spending, and discuss the best ways to address crime and violence and promote safety and justice. We will stretch our thinking beyond preconceived notions and discuss the challenges of public safety in the 21st century, and how it should be achieved, and think broadly about how to create more just cities.
